Shipping

We partner with DHL to deliver your order securely and efficiently. Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period for processing and dispatching your items. Please note that this process may take longer during sale periods. If your order was purchased on pre-order, please allow an additional 10 days for your item to be made and shipped. Once your order has left us, you will receive an email from DHL with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package's journey.

All our orders are shipped from our London, UK SRVC Studio and are packaged with love. We take great care in ensuring your items are beautifully and securely packed, ready to reach you in perfect condition.

Customising Your Delivery

Our shipping partner, DHL, offers you flexibility in managing your delivery through DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD). Whether you need to schedule delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, ODD makes it easy to tailor your delivery to your needs.

Schedule Your Delivery: If the estimated delivery date doesn’t work for you, you can select another date within 5 working days. In some locations, you may also be able to choose a specific time window for delivery.

Signature Release: If you prefer not to sign for your delivery, you can remove the signature requirement via DHL ODD. Please be aware that if no signature is collected, SRVC Studio and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered. For high-value items, a signature may still be required, even if you opt out of signing.

Leave With Neighbour: You can request for your order to be left with a neighbour by providing DHL with their house number and any further instructions. Please note that SRVC Studio and DHL cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

Collection from a DHL Service Point: If you won’t be available to receive your delivery, you can choose to pick up your order from a nearby DHL Service Point. DHL ODD will show you the nearest service points, and you’ll be notified when your package is ready for collection. Please note that if the parcel is not collected within the specified timeframe, it will be sent back to the DHL depot. To collect your parcel, please bring two forms of ID: a photographic ID (e.g., passport or driving license) and your email/SMS notification from DHL.

Vacation Hold: If you're away on vacation, you can request DHL to hold your delivery for up to 30 calendar days.

Duties and Taxes

For customers outside the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout, making it easier for you to see the full cost of your purchase before completing your order. These costs are your responsibility and may vary depending on the destination.

Delivery Partners

Depending on your location, the courier service that delivers your order may differ from the partner who collects your return. We work closely with DHL to ensure a smooth delivery experience, but please note that local delivery services may handle the final leg of your delivery.
