How to Return or Exchange an Item
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, returning or exchanging it is easy:
1. Request a Return or Exchange: Within 14 days of receiving your order, simply contact us at [customer.srvc@srvcstudio.com] to begin the process.
2. Prepare Your Return: Ensure that all items are in their original condition—unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged. Please include all original accessories, tags, and packaging.
3. Ship Your Return: Return shipping fees are non-refundable. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK, please arrange and cover your own return shipping, including label creation. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as SRVC Studio cannot accept responsibility for return packages.
Receiving Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at [customer.srvc@srvcstudio.com]
Damages and Issues
We take great care in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions
Non-Returnable Items: Intimate garments and certain other items are not eligible for return.
Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging or a similarly protective box. All designer packaging, including authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags, should be included. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return, or may result in a reduced refund amount.
Credit Notes and Refunds
Items purchased with credit notes are not eligible for cash refunds. Store credit issued as part of a return will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Late Returns
Please ensure your return is sent back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
